These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KDIGEST LTD ("KDIGEST," "we," "us," or "our") website and services, including press release writing, publishing, and distribution services ordered through our website (the "Services").
By placing an order or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
You must be authorized to act on behalf of the company or individual placing the order. Our Services are intended for business use and are not directed at individuals under the age of 18.
KDIGEST offers press release writing, rewriting, and distribution services across a range of packages, including regional and global newswire distribution (via third-party wire partners), digital-only distribution, and newspaper digital-edition publishing. The specific package, word limits, included images, and pricing for each order are as described on the relevant order page at the time of purchase.
KDIGEST acts as an intermediary between you and third-party distribution and publishing partners. We do not control, and cannot guarantee, whether or how any third-party outlet chooses to pick up, republish, or feature your press release beyond the initial distribution.
All prices displayed at checkout are quoted in US Dollars ($) and are inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise. Additional charges may apply for extra word counts, additional images, writing or rewriting services, or other add-ons you select, as shown in your order summary before submission.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. In line with our standard workflow, your card is not charged at the time of order submission. We first prepare a draft of your press release for your review; payment is collected only after both you and KDIGEST have approved the final draft for publication.
You are responsible for reviewing your order details, including word count, images, and distribution date, before submission. KDIGEST is not responsible for errors in content that you have approved.
You may request cancellation of an order at any time before payment is collected (i.e. before final draft approval), free of charge. Once payment has been collected and distribution has taken place, orders are final and non-refundable, as the service has been fully performed and cannot be reversed once a press release has been distributed to third-party outlets.
If KDIGEST is unable to fulfil your order for any reason within our control, you will be entitled to a full refund of any amount paid for that order.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights clearance of all content you submit, including text, images, logos, quotes, and video links (the "Submitted Content"). By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and distribute the Submitted Content, including any third-party images, logos, or quotes
- The Submitted Content is not defamatory, illegal, infringing, misleading, or otherwise harmful
- Any quotes attributed to named individuals have been reviewed and authorized by those individuals
KDIGEST reserves the right to decline, suspend, or request revisions to any order containing content that, in our reasonable judgment, may be unlawful, defamatory, or in breach of these Terms.
You retain ownership of all Submitted Content. By submitting content, you grant KDIGEST and our distribution partners a limited, non-exclusive license to edit (for grammar, style, and formatting), publish, and distribute the content as necessary to perform the Services you have ordered.
The KDIGEST name, logo, website design, and all related branding are the property of KDIGEST LTD and may not be used without our prior written consent.
Delivery of our Services relies on third-party providers, including:

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or content policies of these third parties, which operate under their own terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KDIGEST does not guarantee any specific level of media pickup, readership, engagement, or business outcome from a distributed press release. Our Services constitute distribution and publishing facilitation only.
Except in cases of fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence, KDIGEST's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business, or reputation.
You agree to indemnify and hold KDIGEST harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Submitted Content or your breach of these Terms, including any third-party claims relating to defamation, intellectual property infringement, or false endorsement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Orders placed before a change will be governed by the Terms in effect at the time of the order.
